hey i have your demo and i am impressed... but i strongly oppose some of the veiws you have including the ones involving our war on terrorism. you make it seem like bush is on his own and is dragging america into a war that he created in his own twisted mind. which in fact is not true his approval rate during the war was 72%. but my main reason for supporting the war on iraq is that one day im gonna have kids of my own and i dont want them living in a world where dictators are running around with nucs threatening to wipe out all jews and christians from the face of the earth. do a favor to future generations and stop this madness. before WWII people like chamberlin saw hitler has no threat...if they would of killed him then there would have been no WWII and 6 million jews would not have been slaughtered...did you ever think about that before supporting the far left protests against the so called "un-justified" war on iraq? __________________________ Ark's Response -------------------------- Two things regarding your email. One, the war on Iraq was unjustified. There was no evidence of Iraq having any ties to al-Queda and no WMD weapons program. And as far as Saddam Hussein killing his own people look to the US/UN sanctions that were placed on imports and exports in Iraq that did not allow for sufficient food supplies to be brought in. 600,000 children under the age of 6 died from starvation and malnutrition between 1991 and 1999, yet Hussein was the one labeled a murderer. However Iraq's next door neighbor, Saudi Arabia does have the ties to al-Queda and a weapons program. So, why did the US attack a much weaker foe whose only real crime was hoarding oil, starvation and dissenting against the american gov't? Saudi Arabia, through the monarchy has supplied al-Queda with millions of dollars and munitions. The only reason the US did not attack the Saudi gov't is because of Bush. Bush Sr. and the Saudi prince go way back. General rule of thumb never fuck over your friends and allies especially if they have something you want, ie. airspace and oil. Two, if you wanna live in a world without dictators who have WMD's and can launch them half way around the world then why would you support a man who is exactly that. I think you should heed your own warning and look to our own president as a Hitler. If Chamberlain never thought that Hitler was much of a threat why are you acting like him and think that the whitehouse's actions regarding the war on terrorism isn't much of a threat to the safety and well being billions of human beings? Don't you want your kids to grow up in a terror free world? Look, our goal is not to sway you to a liberal point of view, but to get you the reader to broaden your horizons on where your information comes from. If everything you know about the world is received through television news media, and conservative-owned printed media then you'll end up with a very narrow & close minded view of the world. __________________________ Hef's Response -------------------------- First off, thanks for listening and we appreciate your concern. As long as money-hungry corrupt puppets like Bush are running our country, there will always be war. There is nothing wrong with defending our country but this is not a war of defense, but a war of slaughtering innocent lives for false reasons. Regardless if they have WMDs or not, we send in our armed forces to conveniently bomb families in the comfort of their own homes, just incase they do have weapons. What kind of defense is that? This war was not created in Bush's own twisted mind. Corporations have been controlling our government for decades or in other words we are living in a fascist nation. I cannot stress the threat technique enough. The government feeds fear into the masses via the media and then convinces them that it's safe. Bush's approval rate is only becuase the majority of the American population unfortunately feel violated and weakened and naturally want to get back at the "alleged" enemy that the media shows them. These are the bad guys and we are the good guys. Ever watch an action flick? It's like a real-life movie! Go good guys! Kill the bad guys! America! Freedom! Go go go! Another money-making distraction from our corrupt system that's still getting great ratings and prime commercial spots! Crime... murder... war... sports scores!... drugs... antelope on the loose!... commercial break!... brought to you by philip morris... tide with bleach!... act now and get the free gift!... it's a better time than ever to lease a new explorer! Doesn't it make this country seem so free? Fuck human rights and defense, this is a money war. |
